Return & Refund Policy – Triveni Vastra

At Triveni Vastra, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of clothing and jewellery. If for any reason you are not fully happy, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Jewellery items must be returned in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are non-returnable.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

     

    For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Earrings (including studs, hoops, and danglers)
    • Nose rings or body jewellery
    • Pierced jewellery of any kind

    We also do not accept returns on:

    • Custom-made or personalised jewellery
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Items that show signs of wear or damage

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at trivenivastra@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
