At Triveni Vastra, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Items marked as final sale or purchased during a clearance event are not eligible for return.

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@trivenivastra.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked postal service.
4. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve this for you promptly.
